Tracy 'Toby' Joseph Thieben

Tracy Joseph (Toby) Thieben, son of R.J. (Bill) & Linda (Crocker) Thieben was born on June 11, 1973 in McCook, NE. He passed away October 26, 2013 in Safety Harbor, FL as the result of an automobile accident at the age of 40. He grew up in Danbury, NE and attended Beaver Valley School. In 1991, he received his G.E.D. He moved to Florida in 1992 and completed his nursing degree at the Galen School of Nursing in St. Petersburg. He was currently working at Windmoor Health Care in Clearwater, FL. Toby was a wonderful father and excellent nurse. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was blessed with many, many friends. His favorite activities were shooting air soft guns and bow & arrows with his children Kacie & Jeffrey. He was preceded in death by his father Bill in 1991; his grandparents, Joe & Ethel Crocker, Toby & Evelyn Thieben; his aunt, Donna Quadour and his special uncle Charlie Thieben. Survivors include his best friend and love of his life, Gina Jenulewicz; his daughter Kacie and his son Jeffrey all of New Port Richey, FL; his mother Linda Thieben and husband Bill Nothnagel of McCook, NE; his brother Jamie, his wife Kerri and their children Morgan and Sterling of St. Augustine, FL. Visitation will be Friday, December 6 from 12 -7:00 pm at Herrmann Funeral Chapel. Family will be present to greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, December 7 at 2:00 p.m. at the Herrmann-Jones Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at the Lebanon, NE Cemetery. A memorial has been established in his memory to be used for his childrens education.
