Teresa Jo Lawson

     Teresa Jo Lawson was born December 10, 1970, in Imperial NE, to Delvin and Virginia (Cochran) Lawson. She passed away Saturday, August 1, 2026.

     She joined her parents in traveling to various sporting and high school events, for her nephew and niece, always their biggest fan. She enjoyed time with her family, either playing games or just hanging out with them and their dogs. If Teresa was not putting a puzzle together, she usually had a deck of cards or puzzle book in her hands. She enjoyed attending church services on Sunday, and would speak with enthusiasm about the sermons, especially around Easter and Christmas.

     Teresa is survived by her mother, Virginia; sister, Lynnette Arambula and husband, Hector; nephew, James, and niece, Erika; as well as many cousins.

     She was preceded in death by her father, Delvin; and grandparents, Frank and May Lawson and Ernest and Marie Cochran.

     Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 AM on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at the Congregational Church in Cambridge. Burial in the Bartley Cemetery will follow services.
