Shirley Ann Webb

Shirley Ann Webb age 75, of Bartley, died on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, NE. She was born on July 25, 1935 in Bartlesville, OK to Jessie Walter and Minnie Pearl (Gross) Atkinson. On May 26, 1952, she was united in marriage to Jimmy Lee Webb in Raton, NM. They were married for 57 years before Jimmy passed away on Dec 1, 2009. To this union three sons were born: Roger, Mark and Danny. The family spent most of their early years in and around Borger, TX. The family moved to Bartley, NE in 1966. In August of 1978, they branched out on their own and started Webbs Water Truck Service. Shirleys biggest loves of her life were her husband and especially her grand and great-grandchildren. She attended the First Congregational Church in Cambridge, NE. She also enjoyed doing word search puzzles, reading and a visit with friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Jimmy. She is survived by her 3 sons: Roger and wife Peggy of Billings, MT, Mark and wife Kathleen of Mead, CO; Danny and wife Shelly of Bartley, NE; 2 sisters: Phyllis Goodwin of Howe, IN and Jackie Knutson of Deer Park, TX; a brother: Franklin and wife Joyce of Denton, TX and a sister-in-law Bobbie Lewis of Ardmore, OK. Grandchildren: Krystal and Robert Emineth; Kelly Webb; Brad Webb; Bret Webb; Jay and Brenda Webb; Toby and Amber Webb; Dustin and Heather Webb: Great Grandchildren: Conner Emineth; Matthew Emineth; Jaeden Webb; Aubri Ross; Paxton Ross; Ali Webb; Aspen Webb Maverick Webb and Bella Teel. Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 25, 2010 at 10:30 AM with Bill Weaver officiating. Interment will be in the BartleyCemetery. Memorial may be left in her name at the Lockenour-Jones Mortuary. The casket will not be open to the public.
