Ronald R. Clark, age 70 of Benkelman, NE died at the Dundy County Hospital on June 8, 2014. He was born in Benkelman, NE on April 14, 1944 to Paul and Lorene (Stamm) Clark. Ron attended and graduated from Benkelman High School. Ron received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in Accounting Ron wan married to Eloise Dame and to this union a son Glenn was born. On April 24, 1975 he married Joylene Poma and adopted her two children: John and Joyann. She preceded him in death on May 2, 1989. On April 29, 1995 he was united in marriage to Donita Frandsen and gained 2 step-daughters: Cindy and Tina. Ron was a member of the Dundy county Hospital Foundation; Life member of the NRA; he was an Eagle Scout. Ron was baptized and is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints. He enjoyed his horses, shooting, hunting and gardening. Ron was preceded in death by his parents and a wife Joylene. He is survived by his wife Donita of Benkelman, NE; Daughter: Joyann and husband Dale McKinney of De Soto, IL; 2 stepdaughters: Cindy and husband Todd Anderson of Grand Island, NE; Tina and husband Lester Beall of Benkelman, NE; 2 son: John and wife Wendy Clark of McCook, NE; Glenn and wife Robin Clark of Erie, CO; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at the Benkelman Community Building on Wednesday June 11, 2014 from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM MST. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2013 at 1:30 PM MST with President Jason Blomstedt. Interment will be in the Benkelman Cemetery. Memorials may be left in Rons name at the Herrmann-Jones Funeral Chapel.
