Phyllis Lorraine (Dinnel) Wilcox, 89, of Overland Park, Kansas and a former longtime resident of McCook, passed away on January 6, 2021 at The Sheridan at Overland Park, a retirement community in Overland Park, Kansas. Memorial services for Dale and Phyllis will be held at 2:00 P.M. (CT), Saturday afternoon, July 31, 2021 at Memorial United Methodist Church in McCook with Pastor Jeff Kelley officiating.
