Mark Allan Kennedy age 55 of Danbury died at his home on February 23, 2014. He was born in Wichita, Kansas on June 27 1958 to Jerry and Imogene (Scott) Kennedy. Mark graduated from Lenora High School in 1976. While in high school he worked in Norton, Kansas as a welder for New Age Welding. Mark worked several years in the oil fields as a roughneck and a driller. In 1982 he was involved in a motorcycle accident that left him physically impaired and he had to retire from the oil fields. He drove a semi over the road for a period. Mark enjoyed his motor cycle especially his Harley. He was a lover of dogs. He bowled in McCook on leagues and was involved in a Bible study group. Mark was preceded in death by his grand parents; parents and a sister: Sherry Ruff on October 18, 2013. He is survived by his sisters: Kelly and husband Rick Bethel of Wilsonville, NE; Roxanne Kennedy and Shelley McGhie both of Snohomish, Washington; brother-in-law: Bob Ruff of Oberlin, Kansas.
