Grace Marie Udell

Grace Marie Udell, age 60 of McCook, passed away at the Cambridge Manor on Saturday, August 26, 2017. She was born in Garden City, KS on December 15, 1956 to James and Viola (Thacker) Bowman. She attended school in Garden City. She married David Rachow on January 12, 1976. He preceded on August 26, 2017 this same date in Wichita. Grace served as a nurse in the US Air Force in her younger years. She had worked as a waitress. Grace lived in Kansas, Denver, Colorado before moving to Nebraska in 2008 to be close to her family. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, reading and watching TV. She was preceded in death by parents; husband: David; two children: Scott King and Rikki Genia Pummer Grace is survived by her daughter: Jamie and husband Kelly Wilcox of McCook, NE . Gathering service will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Barnett Park in McCook, NE in the afternoon. Private family inurnment will be held at Garden City, KS at a future date.
