Edna Louise (Holloman) Nealeigh passed from this world January 20, 2025 at 86 years of age. She disliked her first name and always went by Louise. She was born to Ellen Louise (Gubser) and Clarence Ceril Holloman in Denver, Colorado on June 23, 1938. Louise graduated from Englewood High School in Colorado and then nursing school as an LPN. Later in life, she completed her education spending about two years at Central Community College in Hastings, Nebraska. Louise worked in many nursing homes throughout her life and was involved in the Church of Christ youth camps in Colorado as the camp nurse for many years.
Louise married Roger Clinton Nealeigh at the Church of God in Denver, Colorado April 4, 1958. They had three children, Randall Clinton Nealeigh, Richard Wayne Nealeigh and spouse, Sharon, and Kristin Louise (Nealeigh) Sprenkle and her husband, Danny.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents; eight brothers; a sister; and a grandson. She enjoyed crafts, knitting, and traveling. She and Roger moved several times in both Colorado and Nebraska during her lifetime and ended up in Loveland, Colorado where Roger still resides.
Louise and Roger have nine living grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside service are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Saturday morning, February 1, 2025 at the Cornell Cemetery in rural Hitchcock County, Nebraska with Pastor Johnny Walker officiating.
