Dwayne Edwin Hines

Dwayne Edwin Hines was born in Hillsboro, Oregon to David Eugene and Kay Lucille (Ulrich) Hines. He passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024. He was 48 years of age. Dwayne enjoyed fishing and taking a drive. He was happiest when spending time with family and never missed a chance to visit a good thrift store. Dwayne was preceded in death by his father, David Hines. Survivors include his fianc, Carrie Allen and children, Michael Miller and Marcus Allen of McCook; mother, Kay Clements and husband, Gary of Palisade, Nebraska; daughter, Sara Jenkins of Saint Anthony, Idaho; grandchildren: Kyleean (7), Tinley (6), and Zaylee (4); siblings: David Hines of Beaverton, Oregon, Robert Hines of Vernonia, Oregon, Dawn Scott (Shawn Frank) of Vernonia, Oregon, and Kenneth House of Hillsboro, Oregon. Cremation was chosen and no formal services are scheduled at this time. Memorials are suggested to the funeral home to assist with the cost of services.
