David Ryan Hrnchir

David Ryan Hrnchir of Trenton, Nebraska, entered the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Community Hospital in McCook, Nebraska. He was 47 years old. David (Dave) was born on September 22, 1968 to parents, Robert Joseph and Cheryl Ann (Schuetz) Hrnchir in Hutchinson, Kansas. As a small child the family moved to several locations before settling on a farm near Trenton. Dave graduated from Trenton High School in 1986 and continued his education at McCook Community College. On August 8, 1992, he was united in marriage to Charlotte Marie Charlee Clinger at St. James Catholic Church in Trenton. God richly blessed this union with six children. They made their home near Trenton where Dave farmed and was an overall handyman at anything. He loved the farm where he found solace in working the land, especially his large garden. He was a most loving and devoted Husband and Daddy. Dave always knew how to make someone smile with his witty, original sense of humor and contagious laugh. Dave was a member of the Trenton St. James Catholic Church where he served as an usher, Parish Council member and a Third Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. Dave loved to watch his children participate in a variety of activities, and encouraged them to always give their best effort. He enjoyed following the Hitchcock County Falcons Football team where he volunteered on the chain crew. His other hobbies included hunting, fishing and spending special time with his family. Preceding him in death were his son, Luke David Hrnchir; maternal grandparents, Gerald and Elizabeth Schuetz; and paternal grandparents, Henry and Clyta Hrnchir. He is survived by his loving wife, Charlee Hrnchir of Trenton; children, Chelcee Hrnchir of Wayne, Haley Hrnchir of Lincoln, Courtney, Katie and Ryan Hrnchir of Trenton; parents, Robert and Cheryl Hrnchir of Trenton; brothers, Robert H. Hrnchir and wife, Patricia, of Hastings, and Matthew Hrnchir of Trenton; sisters, Brenda and husband, Travis Miller, of Culbertson, Sheila and husband, Kelvin Horinek, of Trenton, and Lori and husband, Justin Malleck, of McCook; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Memorials may be given in his name. Visitation will be Saturday all day and Sunday afternoon at Herrmann Jones Funeral Chapel in Trenton. Rosary and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy will be recited at St. James Catholic Church in Trenton on Sunday, April 3, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, April 4, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church with Father Lothar Gilde as Celebrant.
