Craig William Geihsler

Craig W. Geihsler age 34, of McCook, passed away at his home in McCook on Monday, February 23, 2015. He was born in McCook on April 21, 1980 to Eugene and Darlene (Maris) Geihsler. He grew up and attended Republican Valley School until he was homeschooled. Craig later obtained his GED. On April 29, 2006, Craig was united in marriage to Jessica Bedker in North Platte, Nebraska. Craig has been employed at Wal-Mart in McCook, the Wal-Mart Distribution Center in North Platte, most recently with Quality Irrigation and Wilcox Well Drilling as a Well Driller. Craig enjoyed shooting, hunting deer, rattlesnake hunting and fishing. He especially love the time he could spend with his wife and son Gage. Craig is preceded in death by his mother Darlene on January 11, 2004; step-mother: Dixie Geihsler: grandfather: Gerald Geihsler. He is survived by his wife; Jessica and son: Gage of McCook; father: Eugene Geihsler of Hoskins, NE; sister: Lisa and husband Ben Johnson of Klamath Falls, OR; brother; Rod and special friend Danette of Norfolk, NE; Paternal grandmother: Rose Geishler; maternal grandparents: Delbert and Roberta Maris of McCook, NE. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 10:30 AM at the Herrmann-Jones Funeral Chapel with Pastor Bruce Lester officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Herrmann-Jones Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 from 9:00 AM till 7:00 PM. Friends may leave on-line condolences at herrmannfh.com.
