Celia Grace Rose

Celia Grace (Hammond) Rose, 64, of Palisade, Neraska went peacefully to be with her Lord April 8, 2021. She was born in Anaheim, California on November 9, 1956 to Jerry and DeWinta (McDowell) Hammond. She leaves behind her three children, family, and so many friends. Her life was spent some in Ohio, but her heart was always in Palisade. Celia will be remembered as a woman who was always willing to lend a hand, cook a meal, or just help in any way she could. She never knew a stranger. Hebrews 4:16 Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
